Electronic Grievances. The parties agree that grievances may be filed electronically as well as by hard copy. A grievance sent through the hospital’s internal email (i.e., using a hospital assigned email address) and/or a grievance sent from external addresses provided to the Hospital will be accepted by the Employer as having been properly presented.

Electronic Grievances. The parties agree to the trial usage of electronic grievance forms. Either party, giving fourteen (14) days notice, and presenting the issues at a Labour Management meeting may terminate the practice. Electronic Grievances may be sent via email, to the applicable manager or the identified designate. The electronic signature of the Union Representative or Xxxxxxx will be accepted as the original signature and the Union will undertake to get a copy of the electronic version signed by the grievor.   • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be adjusted as quickly as possible.

  • Personal Grievances A personal grievance is a particular type of employment relationship problem that normally must be raised with the employer within 90 days of the grievance arising. An employee may have a personal grievance where: • They have been dismissed without good reason, or the dismissal was not carried out properly. • They have been treated unfairly. • Their employment or a condition of their employment has been affected to their disadvantage by an unjustified action of their employer. • They have experienced sexual or racial harassment, or have been discriminated against because of their involvement in a union or other employee organisation, or have suffered duress over membership or non-membership of a union or other employee organisation. • They have been discriminated against in terms of the prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Human Rights Xxx 0000.

  • Processing of Grievances (a) Shop stewards shall suffer no loss in pay for the time spent processing grievances or attending meetings with the Employer's representative.

  • Group Grievances No more than five (5) grievants will be permitted to attend grievance meetings.

  • Disciplinary Grievances If the grievance is not resolved at Step 2, the Union may file a request for mediation with the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) in accordance with WAC 000-00-000, with a copy to the Office of Financial Management/SHR/Labor Relations Section (OFM/SHR/LRS) and the Human Resources Office within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Step 2 decision. In addition to all other filing requirements, the request must include a copy of the grievance and all previous responses.
