Electronic Grievance Filing. Grievances shall be filed using the electronic grievance system. Bargaining unit employees and Union Representatives or Alternates shall have access to the electronic grievance system from their agency website (intra-net), State of Ohio, Unit 2 Association website, and/or the Office of Collective Bargaining (OCB) website. The electronic grievance system may be accessed from a home or a work computer or a computer in a designated union office. State of Ohio agencies shall ensure access to the internet in the workplace is sufficient for use of the electronic grievance system to facilitate the processing of grievances. If a system/programming error occurs which makes the electronic system unavailable prohibiting the timely initial filing of a grievance, the initial filing timeline in this Article shall be automatically extended until the end of the employee’s next shift actually worked. Where there is no computer and internet available for the Associate or Alternate to use, the Associate or Alternate may use their own computer/tablet and WI-FI access device for the purpose of accessing the electronic grievance system. The computer/tablet and WI-FI access device used by the State of Ohio, Unit 2 Association must be password protected. The Associate or Alternate will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary password protection for the computer/tablet and WI-FI access device. The parties will continue discussion to examine, improve, and implement electronic signatures for purposes of resolving and closing grievances.

Where there is no computer and internet available for the Association to use during any grievance hearings, the Association may use their own computer/tablet and WI-FI access device for the purpose of accessing the electronic grievance system. The computer/tablet and WI-FI access device used by the Association must be password protected. The local Association will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary password protection for the computer/tablet and WI-FI access device.

  • Electronic Record Search The Reporting Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by them for any of the following indicia:

  • Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).

  • Electronic Statements If you choose to sign-up for Electronic Statements, the Credit Union will no longer be providing you with a monthly and/or quarterly paper statement. Your statements will be available via our Internet Banking site on or around the 5th business day of the month.   • Grievance File Records involving the processing of an employee's grievance, such as the grievance form, step appeals/responses, and settlement documents, will be kept in a file separate from the employee’s personnel file. It is not the intent of this section to exclude from the employee's personnel file final disciplinary action documents, including those that result from a settlement agreement.

  • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.

  • Grievance Files Written grievances and responses will be maintained separately from the employee’s personnel file.
