Electronic Government. “Electronic (e)-Government” is about using new technology to support different methods of service delivery. Customers can choose to deal with the Council by telephone, face-to-face or the internet. Using electronic methods can enable services to be provided more effectively and efficiently and we will continue to explore opportunities for doing so. People issues We need capable and committed people – Councillors and employees – to be responsive in providing services to the communities of North Ayrshire. The Council recognises that its reputation is largely shaped by the perceptions of people engaging with our employees. Our workforce strategy aims to support and enhance that contact by ensuring we recruit people with appropriate skills. Targeted training and development will help equip our 30 Councillors and over 7,000 employees with the skills and knowledge needed to meet the challenges that lie ahead. We will also aim to promote the Council as a good employer and ensure that our employees are well informed of developments affecting the Council.

  • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.

Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement.
