Common use of Electronic Files Clause in Contracts

Electronic Files. Copies of Documents that may be relied upon by the owner are limited to the printed copies (also known as hard copies) that are signed or sealed by JEO. Files in electronic media format of text, data, graphics, or of other types that are furnished by JEO to the owner are only for convenience of the owner. Any conclusion or information obtained or derived from such electronic files shall be at the user’s sole risk.
