Electronic exchange of information. If Employer and Claim Administrator exchange data and information electronically, Employer agrees to transfer on a Timely basis all required data to Claim Administrator via secure electronic transmission on the intranet and/or internet or otherwise, in a format mutually agreed to by the Parties. Further, Employer is responsible for maintaining any enrollment applications and enrollment documentation, including any changes completed by Covered Persons, and to allow Claim Administrator reasonable access to this information as needed for administrative purposes. Employer authorizes Claim Administrator to submit reports, data and other information to Employer in the electronic format mutually agreed to by the Parties.

The competent authorities of the Contracting States shall exchange such information as is foreseeably relevant for carrying out the provisions of this Agreement or to the administration or enforcement of the domestic laws concerning taxes of every kind and description imposed on behalf of the Contracting States, or of their political subdivisions or local authorities, insofar as the taxation thereunder is not contrary to the Agreement. The exchange of information is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2.

  • Release of Information Except as required by law, no public release of any information, or confirmation or denial of same, with respect to this Contract or the subject matter hereof, will be made by SELLER or its subcontractors without the prior written approval of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall not use "Lockheed Xxxxxx," "Lockheed Xxxxxx Corporation," or any other trademark or logo owned by LOCKHEED XXXXXX, in whatever shape or form, without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX.

  • Use of Information The Agent may not use any information gained in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including due diligence, to advise any party with respect to transactions not expressly approved by the Company.
