Electronic Disclosures. We may deliver amendments to this agreement and other disclosures to you in an electronic format. Other disclosures may include: • Monthly account statements, • Deposit account disclosures, • Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees, • Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described above in Section 3. WITH YOUR ACCEPTANCE BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER INTERNET BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU ALSO AGREE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESSING THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE AND FOR VIEWING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. If you consent to receive electronic disclosures and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format. If you enroll for e-statements and then later close your accounts with Brighton Bank, your access to the Internet Banking Service(s) will also be terminated. You may request paper copies of historical statements at the address listed above. If you enroll for e-statements and then close an account with Brighton Bank, you will be given access to view the history up to the end of the year the account was closed. Thereafter, you may request paper copies of historical statements at the address listed above. Copy fees may apply. You should print or save a copy of all disclosures delivered electronically.
