Other disclosures may include:  Monthly account statements,  Deposit account disclosures,  Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees,  Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described above in Section 3. WITH YOUR ACCEPTANCE BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER ONLINE BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU ALSO AGREE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESSING THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE AND FOR VIEWING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. If you consent to receive electronic disclosures and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format.
