Electronic Deposits. Employees will use electronic deposit of payroll checks.
Electronic Deposits. Our policy is to make funds from your electronic direct deposits available on the day we receive the deposit (if a business day), or the first business day after we receive the deposit (if not a business day) but may be earlier. A “business day” is Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once the funds are available, you can transfer the funds in the Secured Account as permitted in this Secured Account Agreement.
Electronic Deposits. Funds from electronic wire transfers will be made available on the business day we receive the deposit. ACH transactions will be made available on the business day ESL credits the transaction to your account. Accrual of dividends on electronic deposits will begin on the day we receive the deposit. Mobile Deposits: Generally, the first $225 or $1,000 (as described above) of your deposit will be available no later than the second business day after we receive the deposit (additional delays may apply). Deposits made through the Business Mobile Deposit Service are subject to the deposit limits set forth in the ESL Federal Credit Union Business Mobile Deposit Service Agreement. The Business Mobile Deposit Service does not recognize Special Checks and holds may apply. Accrual of dividends on deposits made through the Business Mobile Deposit Service will begin on the day we receive the deposit. Definition of Business Day: For determining the availability of your deposit, every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays. If you make a deposit at a branch on a business day we are open during our business hours, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit on a day we are closed or on a day we are open but after our business hours, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. Drop Box Deposits: If you make a deposit on a day that is not a business day or after the time posted on the drop box, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. If your deposit is a check where the ESL Funds Availability Policy would normally be delayed, we may make funds from the deposit available for withdrawal immediately, but delay your availability to withdraw a corresponding amount of funds that you have on deposit in another account with us. The funds in the other account would not be available for withdrawal until the time periods that are described elsewhere in this disclosure for the type of check that you deposited.
Electronic Deposits. Currently, funding is strictly limited to electronic deposits, which include electronic fund transfers (“EFT(s)”), such as automated clearing house (“ACH”) transactions, and must be made in U.S. Dollars. Xxxxxx Xxx does not accept checks, cash, wires, or money orders for deposit.

Electronic Deposits. All salary payments shall be distributed through electronic direct deposits to a financial institution of the employee’s choice. One salary payment for each pay period will be transmitted at no charge. Any split payments or additional transactions will be allowed but will result in a $1.00 (one dollar) fee per transaction. All charges will be automatically deducted from the employees’ pay. Payroll and leave information are available on the Employee Access Center (EAC) therefore no hard copies will be distributed to secretaries or aides.

  • Electronic Payment The Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 requires that all payments except IRS tax refunds be made by Electronic Funds Transfer. It is the policy of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to pay vendors by the Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic funds transfer payment system. The electronic system is known as Vendor Express. Payment shall be made in accordance with FAR 52.232-33, entitled "Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment" . To receive payment, the contractor shall complete the "Company Information" portion of the Standard Form 3881, entitled "ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form" found as an attachment to this document. The contractor shall take the form to the ACH Coordinator at the financial institution that maintains its company's bank account. The contractor shall discuss with the ACH Coordinator how the payment identification information (addendum record) will be passed to them once the payment is received by the financial institution. Further information concerning the addendum is provided at Attachment 2. The ACN Coordinator should fill out the "Financial Institution Information" portion of the form and return it to the Office of the Controller at the following address: Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Accounting and Finance, Financial Operations Section, Mail Stop T-9-H-4, Washington, DC 20555, ATTN: ACH/Vendor Express. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that the financial institution returns the completed form to the above cited NRC address. If the contractor can provide the financial information, signature of the financial institutions ACH Coordinator is not required. The NRC is under no obligation to send reminders. Only after the Office of the Controller has processed the contractor's sign-up form will the contractor be eligible to receive payments. Once electronic funds transfer is established for payments authorized by NRC, the contractor needs to submit an additional SF 3881 only to report changes to the information supplied. Questions concerning ACH/Vendor Express should be directed to the Financial Operations staff at (000) 000-0000."

  • Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).

  • Electronic Delivery The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic means.
