Common use of Electronic Delivery Clause in Contracts

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, deliver any documents related to the RSUs and the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, or future awards that may be granted under the Plan, by electronic means or request the Grantee’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, deliver any documents related to the RSUs and the GranteeParticipant’s participation in the Plan, or future awards that may be granted under the Plan, by electronic means or request the GranteeParticipant’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

The Grantee Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

The Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, and agrees to participate in the Plan through an any on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company Corporation or another third party designated by the CompanyCorporation.

The Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.future

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the RSUs and the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, RSUs granted under the Plan or future awards RSUs that may be granted under the Plan, Plan by electronic means or to request the GranteeParticipant’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-on- line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the RSUs and the Grantee’s participation in granted under the Plan, or future awards that may be granted under the Plan, by electronic means or to request the GranteeParticipant’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

The Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan administration of this Grant through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, may decide to deliver any documents related to the RSUs and the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, awarded hereunder or future awards of restricted stock units that may be granted awarded under the Plan, Plan by electronic means or request the GranteeParticipant’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, and agrees to participate in the Plan through an any on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

The Grantee Employee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.
