Common use of Electronic Delivery Clause in Contracts

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Performance RSUs or other awards granted to the Participant under the Plan by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Performance RSUs or other awards granted to the Participant under the Plan an RSU Award by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees and, if requested, to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Performance RSUs Share Units or other awards future Awards granted under the Plan by electronic means or request the Grantee’s consent to the Participant under participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Participant By accepting this Award, the Grantee hereby consents and agrees to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide (a) to deliver by electronic means any documents related to the Performance RSUs granted under the Plan, Holder’s participation in the Plan, or other future awards that may be granted to the Participant under the Plan or (b) to request by electronic meansmeans Holder’s consent to participate in the Plan. The Participant Holder hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees and, if requested, to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line online or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a any third party designated by the Company.

The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.

The Participant Employee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

The Participant Holder hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.
