Electronic Data Submission. Offerors and their major subcontractors are required to submit their proposals in two (2) formats, one (1) in a conventional hard copy bound format and one (1) in a standardized 700 MB Compact Disk (CD) format. In the event of a discrepancy between the electronic format and the hard copy, the hard copy will be considered the intended text. The disk submission must be compatible with the software and hardware specifications described below and must be labeled externally with the RFP number, Company Name, Date Prepared, and annotated “Source Selection Information – See FAR 3.104”. The Government intends to use PC compatible computers to aid in the evaluation of price proposals. The Government will use Microsoft Office Word 2007 and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 in its evaluation. For pictures, the Government prefers encapsulated Postscript (.eps) or embedded (copying and pasting any format of graphic into a document) MS Word 7.0 pictures. The following formats for pictures, drawings, figures, etc., are also acceptable: .cgm, .jpg, .wmf, .mpp, .dxf, or .bmp.

Electronic Data Submission. The School must have an electronic student information system (SIS) and electronic fiscal system that can fulfill the following requirements: produce a complete USBE Clearinghouse file multiple times a year; submit electronic standardized testing “pre-load” and “all-student” files; integrate with the USBE statewide student identification, SSID system; integrate with the USBE UTREx system; provide basic school accounting functions such as budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, account receivable, and personnel management; produce a USBE specified electronic file for the production of the Annual Financial Report and the Annual Program Report (AFR/APR); and produce a school financial report for publication on the Web for public review. This only applies to schools with budgets that exceed one-million dollars per year.

Other disclosures may include: • Monthly account statements • Deposit account disclosures • Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees • Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described within this Agreement. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER ONLINE BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU ALSO AGREE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESSING THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE AND FOR VIEWING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. If you consent to receive electronic disclosures and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format. You can notify us of your intent to cancel electronic disclosures by: • Opting out of electronic only statements on the statements page within the Service, • Sending us a message via the Contact Us option within the Online Banking Service or • Calling us at (000)000-0000. If you send us a message through the Online Banking Service, please be sure to identify yourself and the applicable accounts. After your opt-out request is processed, you will begin receiving paper copies of account statements and additional charges may apply. If you enroll for e-statements and then later close your accounts with Relyance Bank, N. A., your access to the Online Banking Service will also be terminated. You may request paper copies of historical statements by contacting us. A fee may apply. You should print or save a copy of all disclosures delivered electronically. Online banking customers may request paper copies of disclosures such as this Online Banking Agreement free of charge.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
