Common use of Electrical System Clause in Contracts

Electrical System. Resident shall not tamper with the electrical panel box or any other part of the electrical system. Resident shall not block access to the electrical panel box by placing any item directly in front of the electrical panel box. Resident shall not cover the electrical panel box with any item.
