Electrical Service. a. Owner is responsible to secure continuous service from an energy supplier to serve the facility. The service from the energy supplier shall be of sufficient size to provide at a minimum 12.5 MW of electrical capacity to the site.

(2) The Owner is responsible for procurement, installation and maintenance of the site primary electrical utilities. (3) The responsibility of the Design-Builder starts at the secondary electrical terminals of the primary service transformers that have been installed by others. (4) The site electrical requirements and layout are to be determined jointly by the Owner, the Design-Builder and the energy supplier.
