TOTAL $ It is hereby mutually agreed that the Xxxxx County Agricultural Society leases space during the 2018 Autumn Fare to the above named applicant. No part of this space covered by this agreement shall be assigned, sublet or otherwise disposed of without the written consent of the Xxxxx County Fair. Xxxxx County Fair assumes no liability for the loss or damage to any property of the Applicant. The Applicant agrees to confine all sales activities within the limits of the space allowed them. Sales people, demonstrators and signage are prohibited from being outside the assigned space as to interfere with the public or other exhibitors. The Applicant shall hold the Xxxxx County Fair, its agents and directors harmless from any and all claims or causes of the actions made by any person against the Xxxxx County Fair arising out of any actions or conduct of the Applicant, its agents or employees. The Xxxxx County Fair reserves the right to reject any concessionaire for cause. No refunds of fees after September 2nd 2018. Electrical Requirements. Electric must be ordered through GLE. The order forms can be found on the NYSNA Website. To receive the best price and ensure the least disruption to NYSNA exhibits, we ask that you order electrical service in advance directly through GLE.
Electrical Requirements. Exhibitor’s electrical needs will be determined from the information provided on each application. There is a limited amount of power available for exhibitors. If upon arrival to the Last Chance Stampede & Fair, electrical needs of exhibitor have changed or increased, approval must be sought from the Fairgrounds Manager before any hook-up will occur. It may be determined that additional electrical service will not be available. Power will not be available prior to the set up times unless permitted by the Fairgrounds Manager and charged accordingly. The Xxxxx & Xxxxx County Fairgrounds does not provide extension cords. All extension cords must be 3 prong and in proper working order. Commercial Booths shall use outlets provided and not wire directly into distribution panels. Xxxxx & Xxxxx County Fairgrounds shall not be responsible for any loss arising out of Commercial Xxxxx’x use of premises nor for loss or damages resulting from power interruptions and utility failures. Any alterations made will be at the cost of the Commercial Booth.

Electrical Requirements. Customer agrees to provide for the Products adequate electricity (including if necessary a dedicated 220v/20 amp wall outlet of 110v/15 amp or 20 amp wall outlet based on electrical wiring specification of Products).
Electrical Requirements. Galaxy does not provide electrical installations. A licensed electrician must follow any and all applicable codes; and must be wired according to manufacturer’s specifications. All 220V / 240V spas and swim‐spas must have an accessible GFCI breaker installed on the outside of the house in accordance with local codes or at a minimum 5’ from the hot tub. If you do not have a licensed electrician follow proper manufacturer’s instructions, the warranty will be void and service cannot be performed until all wiring and disconnect issues are resolved. We strongly discourage using an Xxxxx GFCI breaker. You will need enough wire to reach the front corner of your spa, plus 6 more feet. Depending on the brand and model, wiring and conduit can run through the inside of the hot tub. On swim‐spas, there may be (2) electrical connections and/or a junction box. Initials You will need (Voltage) (amps) and (wires). Please check manufacturer’s spa manual for wire gauge requirements. 6 gauge or 8‐gauge wire minimum is recommended. Jacuzzi 210, 225, 315 & 325 require 4 wire hook‐up when converting to 220V and 40 amps. Jacuzzi/Sundance 780/335 and higher series hot tub are 3 wire and 50/60 amperages. All Bahama Spas are 60 amps.
