Electrical Maintenance. PDPW is responsible for the electricity supply to leased or State-owned complexes and/or buildings, irrespective of whether the services are supplied from a PDPW reticulation network or from the local supply authority. The following electrical work is excluded from the day-to-day maintenance responsibility of the Client Department: All work in electrical substations. All high-tension reticulation networks including mini-substations, transformers, high voltage switch gear etc. All low-tension overhead reticulation networks and switch gear. Any switch gear for pump installations. All fire detection systems. All security control equipment (e.g. X-ray and card reader systems). All security lighting and street lighting. All standby generator sets. All UPS systems except UPS systems purchased by Client Departments, these UPS systems remain the Client Departments responsibility. The electrical supply to and from the UPS system remains the responsibility of PDPW. All work to lifts, escalators and other hoisting equipment. Gantries and overhead cranes. Maintenance of equipment, unique to a specific Client Department, remains the responsibility of that Client Department. These include but are not necessarily limited to 28V power supply units, 400 Hz converters, spray-painting equipment, and any refuelling systems (including aircraft refuelling systems) etc.

Will determine of electrical faults and remedy same, using necessary tools and testing equip- ment. Required to install wiring and for new machines and equipment, and possess a knowledge of elec- tronics and electrical circuits. Required, to read blueprints and schematic drawings. Will perform such other related duties as are assigned.
Electrical Maintenance. The successful contractor shall engage qualified electricians having valid license at the site to carry out the repair / replacement / maintenance works in the substation electrical panels, other electrical installations, electrical fittings and fixtures and electrical pumps etc. They have to ensure that power supply is available to the last point of supply such as workstations and other power outlets. The contractor shall have to keep sufficient stock of electrical replaceable consumables like bulbs, tubelights, MCBs, switches, sockets, chokes, starters etc. As per the Make / Brand specified by NABARD. These spare consumable items shall be paid separately to the contractor on production of original bills. If required, the contractor has to maintain the stock register for these consumable items which shall need counter signatures of Bank's Care taker for updating of the stock.

For job classifications not listed in the attached Wage Schedule, the Company shall set a temporary wage rate. Where the Company has prior knowledge of the necessity for establishing a new job classification, the Company will notify the Union, in writing, at least two (2) weeks in advance, and if the Union requests, the Company will discuss the applicable rates and conditions prior to the commencement of the new job. Where circumstances require immediate and unforeseen establishment of a new job classification, the Company will notify the Union, in writing, immediately. Any such rates will be based on comparison with the prevailing rate for similar and/or related occupations in the Wage Schedule. After a thirty (30) day trial period any such rate or rates shall be negotiated with the Union and, after such agreement is reached, it shall then become a part of the Wage Schedule and be attached thereto. It is understoodthat the thirty (30) day period can be extended by mutual consent of the parties. Upon failure to reach agreement on a rate or rates, the matter may be referred to Stage of the Grievance Procedure. Rates when established shall be retroactive to the date of establishment of the new job classifications. The Company when combining job classifications covered by the Collective Agreement agree that the senior of the jobs which have been combined shall receive first consideration and shall receive a training period as described in Article

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • REPAIRS; MAINTENANCE The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies. The Agent shall obtain prior approval of the Owner for all expenditures over $ for any single item. Prior approval for lesser amounts shall not be required for monthly or recurring operating charges or if emergency expenditures over the maximum are, in the Agent’s opinion, needed to protect the Property from damage, prevent injury to persons, avoid suspension of necessary services, avoid penalties or fines, or suspension of services to tenants required by a lease or rental agreement or by law, including, but not limited to, maintaining the Property in a condition fit for human habitation as required by applicable law.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract:

The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances. Any such maintenance will be considered an “Emergency Maintenance”. All Service SLAs will apply during Emergency Maintenance.

  • Road Maintenance Purchaser shall maintain roads, commensurate with Purchaser’s use, in accor- dance with Road Maintenance Requirements in C5.31 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Purchaser may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work accomplishment shall be based on Purchaser’s Op- erating Schedule under B6.31. When two or more commercial users are simultane- ously using the same road where Forest Service is not requiring maintenance deposits, the commercial users will develop maintenance responsibilities and arrangements for accomplishing the work. Forest Service must agree to this plan. If the commercial users cannot agree on main- tenance responsibilities, Forest Service shall resolve the differences. If Purchaser elects to use different roads than those listed in C5.31, Forest Service shall determine Pur- chaser’s commensurate share of road maintenance and revise road maintenance deposits in C5.32. If Forest Service cannot perform its full commensu- rate share of road maintenance, Forest Service shall make a cash payment to Purchaser for performance of such work. Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.

  • Building Maintenance The host facility provider shall maintain (in a state of good repair) all buildings used for the educational program. All damages made by the AGENCY’s program will be the responsibility of the AGENCY to repair.
