Electrical Equipment. a) Electric wiring of every kind shall be introduced and connected only as directed by the Landlord, and no boring or cutting for wires will be allowed except with the consent of the Landlord. The location of the telephones, call boxes, etc., shall be prescribed by the Landlord.
