Electrical Compliance Certificate. 16.1 The Seller shall prior to the Transfer Date procure that the electrical installation on the Property be examined by a registered Person as defined in the Electrical Installation Regulations (2009) (“Regulations”) promulgated under the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993 for purposes of the issue of a certificate of compliance (as defined in the Regulations) by such a registered Person in accordance with regulation 7(1) of the Regulations.
