Electrical Certificate of Compliance. The parties acknowledge being aware of Government Regulation No. R2920 of 23rd October 1992 of the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act of 1983 (Act No. 6 of 1983) wherein it is provided that if there is a change of ownership of premises on which an electrical installation exists the user shall have a valid Certificate of Compliance for such installation. The Seller shall at his own cost obtain the valid Certificate of Compliance and deliver such Certificate to the Conveyancing Attorneys before date of registration.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. The Private Party shall supply SANParks with an electrical certificate of compliance (CoC) within the month of the 9th anniversary of the Operation Commencement Date.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. The Private Party shall supply SANParks with an electrical certificate of compliance (CoC) for the Selati Precinct Facility before handing the site back after Contract Termination.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. 45.20.1 The Private Party shall supply SANParks with an electrical certificate of compliance (CoC) for the Astronomy Facility / houses that was built before handing the site back after Contract Termination.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. The Private Party shall supply SANParks with an electrical certificate of compliance (CoC) for the NAMAQUA FLOWERS BEACH LUXURY MOBILE TENTED CAMP before handing the site back after Contract Termination.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. The Seller shall, at its cost, on the date of registration of transfer, provide the Purchaser with an Electrical Certificate of Compliance issued in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act 85 of 1993 (as amended). All expenses incurred in respect of the issue of such a Certificate of Compliance, including any repairs (if any) effected, are for the Seller's account.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. 45.20.1 SANParks shall supply the Private Party with an electrical certificate of compliance (CoC) for the Boulders Retail Facility during handover of the site to the Private Party.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. Prior to the transfer date THE SELLER shall at his own cost obtain a valid Certificate of Compliance in respect of the electrical installations on THE PROPERTY which certificate shall be issued by an accredited person as required in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Xxx 0000 and in accordance with Regulation 7(1) of the Electrical Installation Regulations, 2009 alternatively any such regulations as may be amended from time to time. THE SELLER shall affect such repairs and/or improvements to such electrical installation as may be necessary to enable such accredited person to issue such Certificate of Compliance. *This clause does not apply in the event of vacant land being sold.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. 10.1 The SELLER shall obtain and deliver to the transferring Attorneys, prior to registration of transfer, at the SELLERS’S cost, a certificate of compliance in regard to the electrical installation on the Property in accordance with Regulation 1 (1) as read with Regulation 3 (3) of the Regulations promulgated in terms of the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act No. 6 of 1983 in Notice 2920 dated 23 October 1992 which certificate shall not predate this deed of sale by more than 180 days.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance. 12.1. The Seller shall, at its expense, in terms of the Electrical Installation Government Regulation No. 2920 of 1992, provide the Conveyancers with a valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance for the electrical installation, and any alterations or additions thereto, on the Property prior to the date of transfer.
