ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. Tenant covenants and agrees that at all times, its use of electric energy shall never exceed the capacity of the existing feeders to the Building or the risers of wiring installation. Any riser or risers to supply Tenant’s electrical requirements upon written request of Tenant shall be installed by Landlord at the sole cost and expense of Tenant, if, in Landlord’s sole judgment, the same are necessary and will not cause or create a dangerous or hazardous condition or entail excess or unreasonable alterations, repairs or expense or interfere with or disrupt other tenants or occupants. In addition to the installation of such riser or risers, Landlord will also, at the sole cost and expense of Tenant, install all other equipment proper and necessary in connection therewith subject to the aforesaid terms and conditions.

ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. Attached hereto as Exhibit C is an equipment inventory for Tenant, and an estimate prepared by Xxxx Electric of the electric consumption assuming all such inventory is used simultaneously. The parties hereby agree that consumption of electricity by Tenant in an amount set forth in such Exhibit C shall not be considered consumption that exceeds the standard basic requirements set forth in Subsection 12.2(a) above.

Any riser or risers to supply Tenant's electrical requirements in any multi-tenant Building in which a portion of the Premises is located shall, upon written request of Tenant, be installed by Landlord at the sole cost and expense of Tenant, if, in Landlord's good faith judgment, the same are necessary and will not cause or create a dangerous or hazardous condition or entail excess or unreasonable alterations, repairs or expense or interfere with or disrupt other tenants or occupants. In addition to the installation of such riser or risers, Landlord will also, at the sole cost and expense of Tenant, install all other equipment which is reasonably necessary in connection therewith subject to the aforesaid terms and conditions.
ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. TENANT will not install or operate in the Premises any electrically operated equipment or machinery that utilizes more than the amps described in Exhibit H.
ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. Electrical capacity shall be available to the Premises without additional charge to Tenant sufficient for (a) low voltage capacity (120/208 volts) for up to 5 xxxxx per square foot of rentable area to operate machines of low voltage electrical consumption, such as typewriters, calculators, photocopiers, telecommunication equipment, desktop and stand alone and network computers and word processors, and (b) high voltage capacity (277/480 volts) for up to 2 xxxxx per square foot of rentable area to operate fluorescent lighting and equipment of high voltage electrical consumption. Tenant shall have the right to submeter electrical usage in which event Basic Costs shall exclude electrical source and Tenant shall pay the cost of electrical service reflected by the submeter. (See Lease, Section 7[d]).
ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. Sites shall have an electrical service (AC, DC, UPS, generator, etc.) with the necessary capacity to supply power to the equipment associated with this SOW. Critical equipment items will require dedicated circuits as defined by the site review.

ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. Any electric power will be furnished to Tenant by means of existing Building panel boards, feeders, risers, wiring and other equipment. No individual piece of equipment or any type of fixture requiring special wiring or electric power exceeding Building capacity shall be installed, maintained or operated by Tenant without Landlord’s consent. In addition, the use of electricity in the Premises shall not exceed the capacity of the existing feeders and risers to, or wiring in, the Premises without Landlord’s consent. Any risers or wiring required to meet Tenant’s excess electrical requirements shall, upon Tenant’s written request, be installed by Landlord (along with any related alterations, repairs or expenses), at Tenant’s expense, but only if Landlord determines, in its sole judgment, that the same are necessary and that same would not cause permanent damage to the Building or the Premises, cause or create a dangerous or hazardous condition, entail excessive or unreasonable alterations, repairs or expenses, or interfere with or disturb other tenants or occupants in the Building. Tenant shall not install, maintain or operate in the Premises electrical equipment or fixtures whose total electrical connected load exceeds the maximum connected load for electricity for the Building without making a written request for Landlord’s prior written consent thereto. If Landlord consents to the installation of electrical fixtures or equipment in excess of the maximum connected load for electricity for the Building, Tenant’s use of such fixtures or equipment shall be deemed to have commenced as of the date of Landlord’s consent thereto, and any additional costs incurred by Landlord as a result of such excess usage (as determined by an electrical survey to be performed by Landlord at Tenant’s sole cost and expense) shall be paid by Tenant as additional rent, as billed. Such additional rent shall be paid until the particular equipment or fixtures have been removed, Tenant has advised Landlord of such removal, and such removal is verified by Landlord or its independent utility rate auditor or engineer, at Tenant’s expense. In no event, however, shall Landlord be obligated to increase the existing electrical capacity of any portion of the Building’s electrical system, nor to provide any additional wiring or capacity to meet Tenant’s additional requirements.
ELECTRICAL CAPACITY. Electrical capacity will be sufficient for building standard requirements; 600 amps 600 volts (revised to 2000 amps, extra to be paid by Lumenon).
