Electrical and Telephone. Provide electrical disconnect as shown on approved drawings at a location approved by the Elevator Contractor and in accordance with any local building requirements. If a phone is shown on the approved drawings then provision of a working analog phone line to the lift at the time of installation or inspection is the responsibility of the Customer. If a phone is not shown on the drawings but is subsequently requested or required by the Customer, or any regulatory authority, then provision of the phone and the analog phone line are the responsibility of the Customer.
Electrical and Telephone. 1. Duplex wall base and floor receptacles (not to exceed one per 125 square feet of (i) Net Rentable Area for multi-tenant floors or (ii) Gross Area, not including building core area, for single-tenant floors) shall be installed by Landlord. It is understood that not more than 10% of the total number of such receptacles may be located in the floor.

Landlord warrants and represents to Tenant that the Project has access to (in International Parkway right of way) DS-3 fiber optic service with Sonet ring, and Landlord agrees, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, to provide single feed fiber optic supplied by Southwestern Xxxx to the main telephone room on the first floor of the Building. Landlord further agrees that Tenant may add, at its expense, additional sources of fiber optic supply.
Electrical and Telephone. A. Metering -------- Since contracting for LILCO provided service is the responsibility of TENANT, TRISTATE shall furnish, install, and connect all wiring, cabinets, and switches in order to perform the metering function by the utility. All deposits shall be paid by TENANT, when applicable. Meters are located in building meter room.
Electrical and Telephone. 1. Duplex wall, base and floor receptacles (110v non-dedicated) shall be installed by Landlord. Floor mounted receptacles shall not exceed 10% of the total number of allowed receptacles.
