Election Board Service. An employee who requests an absence to serve on an election board in connection with a Federal, State, County, or Municipal election shall ordinarily be excused with pay for the scheduled days during the period the employee serves and deductions from pay for such absence shall be made only when in the opinion of the Company the circumstances in a particular case make such action advisable.

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.
