Elected Members. 10(1) No member of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of New Brunswick shall be admitted to any share or part of the Contract or to any benefit arising therefrom.

Elected Members. 5.3.4.1 Elected Members will be expected to act as champions for the RLDP preparation process by keeping their constituents up to date with progress. All-Member seminars will be held at appropriate times during the plan preparation process, in particular in advance of periods of public consultation. This will help to inform Council Members of the development and progress of the plan and to encourage engagement with their constituents to widen public awareness, with the intention of maximising benefits from Members' roles and the participation of the public. Members may be asked to distribute information directly to digitally excluded residents and share information via their own community social media pages.
Elected Members. The involvement of elected Members of Pembrokeshire County Council throughout the Plan process is recognised as being of key importance by the CIS. The role of Members during Plan preparation is complex and varied. They will provide information on and represent their local areas, disseminate information to local residents and also provide a strategic input on matters affecting the whole Plan area. Members’ seminars will be held before meetings of Cabinet where the LDP is being considered. The Cabinet Member for Planning and Sustainability is responsible for the LDP. The approval of Full Council will be required at the Preferred Strategy and the Deposit Plan stages. It will also be needed for the Delivery Agreement, following consultation but prior to submission to Welsh Government.

Reports cover all areas of service delivery, with the main categories being: • policy and strategy • service provision • performance monitoring and reporting • budget planning and monitoring Regular briefing meetings are held with the Convener and Vice Convener for Education, and with the Opposition spokesperson for Education.

Elected Members. Additional Regional District School Committee members from each Participating Town entitled to more than one member shall be elected for a term of three years at an annual town election.
Elected Members. Elected members shall be elected to serve a term of three years, or to such part thereof as a Participating Town shall be entitled. In the event that a Participating Town shall be required, because of a decrease in pupil enrollment, to reduce its representation, the term of the last elected member from that Town will expire on November 1st following the October 1st pupil census which indicated the need of said reduction. Elected members are eligible for reelection.
