Eight Hour Shifts. Job Sharing, for the purpose of this Agreement, shall be defined as the sharing of the hours and the responsibilities of a seven (7) day work week (seven shifts of 7.5 hours shifts in each pay week) by two (2) existing employees in the same classification: one (1) full-time employee and one (1) part-time employee.
