EIAR Clause Samples

EIAR. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section I.A.1(a) of this Schedule, the Recipient shall ensure that Parts A, B.1, C.1 and D.2 of the Project are carried out by EIAR, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and in accordance with the guidelines, procedures, recommendations, and other specifications set forth in the Project Implementation Plan, the Procurement Plan, the Environmental and Social Management Framework, and any environmental and social management plans.
