Effects on Benefits. No credit is allowed for any benefits for time spent on family illness leave. Employee may pay his/her own premiums for medical/hospital, dental and group life insurance.
Effects on Benefits. The District shall provide participating unit members with health and welfare benefits as though they were full time employees.
Effects on Benefits. Once a change in hours has occurred and notice has been issued by the District, all benefits shall be based on the new number of hours starting on the effective date.

An employee granted a leave under this policy will continue to be covered under the City of St. Xxxxxxx group health insurance plan, life insurance plan, and long-term disability plan under the same conditions as coverage would have been provided if they had been continuously employed during the leave period.
Effects on Benefits a. This provision shall apply in determining the benefits of this Agreement if, for Covered Services received, the sum of the Benefits Payable under this Agreement and the Benefits Payable under Other Plans would exceed the Allowable Benefits.
Effects on Benefits. Applicable statutes provide for payment of certain benefits to the employee for a limited period of time. After the expiration of this period, no credit is allowed for any benefits for additional time spent on family illness leave. For such time, employee may pay his/her own premiums for medical/hospital, dental, vision and group life insurance.
Effects on Benefits. Time on illness leave with pay counts for step advance, retirement, and vacation; credit in full for step advance and vacation, and full or half, according to the pay allowed, for retirement.
