Effectiveness of Service. Notice shall be deemed to be effective as follows:

Effectiveness of Service. Notices shall be effective: (i) in the case of personal delivery, when received by the recipient; (ii) in the case of transmission by facsimile, if receipt of the transmission occurs before 17:00 recipient’s time on a Business Day and recipient receives a transmission confirmation or otherwise acknowledges transmission, upon receipt of transmission, or if receipt of the facsimile transmission occurs after 17:00 recipient’s time and recipient receives a transmission confirmation or otherwise acknowledges transmission, the next succeeding Business Day, or (iii) in the case of an internationally-recognized and reputable priority courier, [four (4)] Days after dispatch.
Effectiveness of Service. All Notices under this Agreement shall be effective only upon actual delivery or receipt thereof at the addresses for service mentioned in Article 26.

ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.

  • Availability of Service We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available for your use on a continuous basis. The Service may be unavailable for short periods of time for regular or emergency system maintenance. We will endeavor to have our scheduled maintenance occur during non-peak hours. In addition, accessibility to the Service may be interrupted because of conditions beyond our control, including outages in Internet, cellular or other communications availability. We will use diligent efforts to re-establish the Services as promptly as possible. We do not promise the Service will always be available for your use. We may elect to discontinue this Service at any time. If we choose to discontinue the Service, we will provide you with reasonable notice in advance of that fact. We reserve the right at all times to take actions to protect our systems and information, including denial of access to users of the Service.

  • Initial Registration Periods Initial registrations of registered names may be made in the registry in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, initial registrations of registered names may not exceed ten (10) years.
