Effectiveness and Validity. Upon execution of this Agreement by any of the signing Parties listed in the signing columns at the end of this Agreement, this Agreement shall become immediately effective and binding among all those Parties which have duly executed, either sequentially or concurrently, copies of this Agreement.

Following the effectiveness hereof, the Indenture, the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture, the Third Supplemental Indenture, the Fourth Supplemental Indenture the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, and the Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed supplemented in accordance herewith, and this Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture as supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture, the Third Supplemental Indenture, the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, and the Sixth Supplemental Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Notes heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered under the Indenture as supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture, the Third Supplemental Indenture, the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, the Sixth Supplemental and the Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall be entitled to the benefit thereof and hereof and be bound thereby and hereby.

The Indenture, as supplemented by this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed hereby. Following the effectiveness hereof, the Indenture shall be deemed supplemented in accordance herewith, and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Notes heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered under the Indenture as supplemented by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall be entitled to the benefit thereof and hereof and be bound thereby and hereby.

Effectiveness and Validity. This Agreement shall take effect as of the date of signing by both Parties, and shall remain valid until it is terminated in accordance with Article 6.1.
