Effective Term of the Compliance Plan. Unless otherwise specified, this Compliance Plan will remain in full force and effect for two (2) years beginning with the last date of the Stand Down Period, as that term is defined herein (the “Reengagement Period” and collectively with the Stand Down Period, “the Compliance Plan Term”). During the Reengagement Period, NGE may resume the sales and marketing activities that were restricted during the Stand Down Period and described in more detail in Section E, below, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
