Effective Dates & Changes. This agreement shall continue in force from the 1st day of January 2016 until the 31st day of December 2018 and thereafter from year to year unless either party gives notice to the other not less than thirty (30) days or more than sixty (60) days prior to the expiry date thereof of that party's intention to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate revisions thereof. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of such notice by one party, the other party is required to enter into negotiations for a renewal or revision of the Agreement and both parties shall thereupon enter into such negotiations in good faith and make every reasonable effort to consummate a revised or renewed Agreement.   • Effective Dates This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022. This XXX shall expire upon successful ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms. Should a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms not be successfully ratified, the parties will meet within thirty (30) calendar days of the unsuccessful ratification vote to either extend or terminate this XXX.
