Common use of Effective Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Termination. Unless expressly provided otherwise, any termination pursuant to this Article XVII shall be effective at the end of the then current school year; provided, however, that any termination may be made effective immediately upon written notice if such immediate termination is necessary to protect the health, safety, or welfare of students.
