EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT. (a) This Contract shall become effective when the conditions stated in Box 25 have been satisfied. If no conditions are stated in Box 25 then the effective date of the Contract shall be the date stated in Box 1. EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT. This Contract shall become effective from the date of its execution by both Buyer and Builder. However, if Builder fails to provide Buyer with Refund Guarantee referred to in Article X.2 within fourteen (14) days after the date of the Contract, then, the Contract shall automatically become null and void, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing between the parties hereto, and the parties shall be immediately and completely discharged from all of their obligations to the other party under this Contract as though this Contract had never been entered into at all.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT. The Contract is signed by the Participating School District upon hiring a Transitional Teacher under a Transitional Permit. The Contract will be in effect on the date that a Participating School System signs a contract to hire a teacher under a Transitional Teaching Permit, and for whom the Transitional Certification Program has prepared a Transitional Plan.
