Common use of Effective Date of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Assignment. The Effective Date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option A Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option A Interests, (iii) Orcutt OPL Option A Interests, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option A Interests, shall be November 1, 2008.

Effective Date of Assignment. The Effective Date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option A I Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option A I Interests, and (iii) Orcutt OPL Option A Interests, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option A I Interests, shall be November February 1, 2008.

Effective Date of Assignment. The Effective Date effective date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option A B Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option A B Interests, (iii) Orcutt OPL Option A InterestsB Interest, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option A B Interests, shall be November October 1, 2008.

Effective Date of Assignment. The Effective Date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option A Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option A Interests, (iii) Orcutt OPL Option A Interests, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option A Interests, shall be November July 1, 2008.
