Effect on This Agreement. Any termination of Employee's employment and any expiration of the Period of Employment under this Agreement shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of Sections 7.2, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 hereof, which shall continue in full force and effect with respect to Employer and Employee, and its and his heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing in Section 7.1 hereof shall be deemed to operate or shall operate as a release, settlement or discharge of any action or omission by Employee enumerated in Section 6.1(c) hereof as a possible basis for termination of Employee's employment for Cause.
Effect on This Agreement. The termination of Executive's employment shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of Sections 6.4 and 7 hereof, nor affect any obligation of the Company to make payments pursuant to Section 6 hereof, which shall continue in full force and effect upon the Company and Executive, and its and his heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing in Section 6.1 or 6.4 hereof shall be deemed to operate or shall operate as a release, settlement or discharge of any liability of Executive to the Company (a) from any act or omission by Executive enumerated in Section 6.1 which constituted a reason for termination of Executive's employment for Cause or (b) in connection with any amount Executive owes to the Company pursuant to a loan or other advance.
Effect on This Agreement. Any agreement, authorization, right, or determination to provide Cable Services or Video Services to Subscribers in the Franchise Area under this Section 1.5 shall supersede this Agreement.
Effect on This Agreement. Any agreement, authorization, right or determination to provide video services to subscribers in the Township under Sections 12.2 or 12.3 shall supersede this Agreement, and the Grantee, at its option, may terminate this Agreement or portions thereof, upon written notice to the Franchising Authority, without penalty or damages.
Effect on This Agreement. Any termination of the Executive's employment and any expiration of the Period of Employment under this Agreement shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of Section 7.2 above, which shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the Company and the Executive, and its and his heirs, successors and assigns.
Effect on This Agreement. Any termination of this Agreement or of the Employee's employment and any expiration of the Period of Employment under this Agreement shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of Section 7.3 above, which shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the Company and the Employee, and its and his heirs, successors and assigns.
Effect on This Agreement. Any agreement, authorization, right or determination to provide video services to subscribers in the Town under Sections 2.6B, 2.6C or 2.6D shall supersede this Agreement, and the Grantee, at its option, may terminate this Agreement or portions thereof, upon written notice to the Town, without penalty or damages.

Effect on This Agreement. Upon the expiration of the Term or termination of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force or effect neither Party shall have any further right or obligation with respect to the Property under this Agreement except with respect to any obligation that is specifically set forth as surviving the termination or expiration of this Agreement; provided, however, such termination shall not affect the obligation to pay any claim of any Party hereto arising out of the provisions of this Agreement prior to the effective date of such termination.
Effect on This Agreement. Tenant agrees that this Rental Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties regarding the rental of space within the Park. All prior negotiations or stipulations concerning this matter which preceded or accompanied the execution of this Agreement are conclusively deemed to have been superseded by this written Agreement. This Agreement completely supersedes any prior Agreement of the parties, whether in writing or oral.
