Common use of Effect of Termination on Compensation Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination on Compensation. In the event of the termination of this Agreement prior to the completion of the term of employment specified in it, pursuant to Section 5.01, 5.02 or 5.03, Employee shall be entitled to the compensation earned by Employee to the date of termination as provided in the Agreement, computed pro rata up to and including that date, and Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation after the date of such termination.

In the event of the termination of this Agreement prior to the completion expiration of the term of employment specified Initial Term or the Extension Term then in iteffect, as the case may be, pursuant to Section 5.01, 5.02 5.01 or 5.03Section 5.02, Employee shall be entitled to Employee's Base Salary (subject to standard deductions) at the compensation earned by Employee rate then in effect to the date of termination as provided in the Agreementsuch termination, computed pro rata up to and including that date, and Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation after the date of such termination.
