Effect of Sale. Any sale or sales of the Mortgaged Property or portions -------------- thereof where permitted by law shall operate to divest all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever either at law or in equity of Mortgagors of, in and to the premises and the property sold and shall be a perpetual bar, both at law and in equity, against Mortgagors, and Mortgagors' successors, legal representatives or assigns, and against any and all Persons claiming or who shall thereafter claim all or any of the property sold by, through or under Mortgagors, or Mortgagors' successors, legal representatives and assigns. Nevertheless, Mortgagors, if requested by Mortgagee to do so, shall join in the execution and delivery of all proper conveyances, assignments and transfers of the properties so sold.
