Effect of Partial Invalidity. The invalidity of any portion of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of any other provision. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the parties agree that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Effect of Partial Invalidity. Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be construed in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law. If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any party or circumstance shall be prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition without invalidating the remainder of such provision or any other provisions of this Agreement or the application of such provision to the other party or other circumstances.
Effect of Partial Invalidity. Should any section or any part of any section of this Agreement be rendered void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court of law exercising competent jurisdiction, such a determination shall not render void, invalid or unenforceable any other section or any part of any section in this agreement.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision or covenant of this Agreement shall not be deemed to affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or covenant. In the event that any provision or covenant of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the same shall be deemed automatically modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision or covenant enforceable and the parties agree that the remaining provisions shall be deemed to be and to remain in full force and effect.

BINDING EFFECT. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
Effect of Partial Invalidity. If any clause or provision herein contained shall be adjudged invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of any other clause or provision of this Lease, or constitute any cause of action in favor of either party as against the other.
Effect of Partial Invalidity. If any provision of this Agreement is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, this Agreement shall continue to be valid as to the other provisions thereof and the remainder of the effected provision.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, both (Employee Name) and (Company Name) agree that all remaining provisions shall be deemed to be held in full force and effect as if they had been executed by both parties subsequent to the deletion of the invalid provision.
