Effect of Executed Change Order. The execution of a Change Order by Design/Builder shall constitute conclusive evidence of Design/Builder’s and Owner’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Project, the Agreement as thus amended, the Fixed Contract Price as thus amended and the Contract Time as thus amended. Design/Builder, by executing the Change Order, waives and releases any claim against Owner for additional time or compensation for matters relating to, arising out of, or resulting from the Design Services or the Work included within or directly affected by the executed Change Order.
Effect of Executed Change Order. The execution of a Change Order by the Contractor shall constitute conclusive evidence of the Contractor’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Work, the Contract as thus amended, the Contract Price and the Contract Time. The Contractor, by executing the Change Order, waives and forever releases any claim against the Owner for additional time or compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Work included within or affected by the executed Change Order. The foregoing waiver and release expressly includes, without limitation, claims for additional compensation or time based on the theory that the Contractor has suffered so-called “impact” damage attributable to the effect of change order Work on other change orders Work or on unchanged Work.
Effect of Executed Change Order. 10.5.1 The execution of a Change Order by the Contractor shall constitute conclusive evidence of the Contractor’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Work, this Contract as thus amended, the Contract Price and the Contract Time. The Contractor, by executing the Change Order, agrees that the Change Order constitutes a full and final settlement between the Owner and Contractor for the changes to the Work addressed thereby, including the impact on unchanged Work, and Contractor waives and forever releases any claim against the City for additional time or compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Work included within or affected by the executed Change Order.

The execution of a Change Order by the TOWN and the CONTRACTOR shall constitute conclusive evidence of the CONTRACTOR and the TOWN’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Scope of Services or an adjustment in the Contract Price or the Contract Time, or any combination thereof. The CONTRACTOR, by executing the Change Order, waives and forever releases any claim against the TOWN for additional time or Compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Services included within or affected by the executed Change Order. The CONTRACTOR agrees that no claim for delay damages shall be asserted against the TOWN and hereby waives the right to assert any such claim.
Effect of Executed Change Order. The execution of a Change Order by the VILLAGE and the CONSULTANT shall constitute conclusive evidence of the CONSULTANT's agreement to the ordered changes in the Scope of Services, the Contract Price and/or the Contract Time. The CONSULTANT, by executing the Change Order, waives and forever releases any claim against the VILLAGE for additional time or compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Services included within or affected by the executed Change Order.
Effect of Executed Change Order. The execution of a Change Order by the Subcontractor shall constitute conclusive evidence of the Subcontractor’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Scope of Work, this Subcontract as thus amended, and the Contract Price, the Contract Time, and the Scheduled Completion Date, as thus amended. The Subcontractor, by executing the Change Order, waives and forever releases any claim against the Contractor for additional time or compensation for matters relating to, arising out of, or resulting from the Scope of Work included within or affected by the executed Change Order.
Effect of Executed Change Order. 10.5.1 The execution of a Change Order by the XXxX shall constitute conclusive evidence of the XXxX'x agreement to the ordered changes in the Work, this Contract as thus amended, the GMP and the Contract Time. The XXxX, by executing the Change Order, waives and forever releases any claim against the City for additional time or compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Work included within or affected by the executed Change Order.
Effect of Executed Change Order. The execution of a Change Order by Firm shall constitute conclusive confirmation of Firm's agreement to the ordered changes in the Professional Services or the Work, the Contract Price, and the Contract Time, if any, as amended.
Effect of Executed Change Order. The presentation to and execution of a Change Order by Consultant shall constitute conclusive confirmation of Consultant's agreement to the ordered changes in the Work, the Contract Price, or the Contract Time, if any, as amended.

The Construction Manager, by executing the Change Order, waives and forever releases any claim against the City for additional time or compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Work included within or affected by the executed Change Order.
