Educational Support Professional. Classified employees of Special School District No. 1, who are permanent employees, represented by the Educational Support Professional Chapter, MFT, Local 59 and included within the bargaining unit as certified by the Director of the Bureau of Mediation Services.
Educational Support Professional. The purpose of this reduction in force provision is to establish procedures for an orderly and equitable reduction in the number of working hours and positions, while minimizing disruption to the educational process.
Educational Support Professional. The Board shall permit the Association’s president to take forty (40) minutes of release time immediately preceding or following that employee’s scheduled lunch period to conduct Association business.
