Educational Policy. The enumeration of faculty members' rights, responsibilities, and privileges in this Agreement shall not be construed to deny or diminish existing rights, privileges, and responsibilities of faculty members to participate directly in the formation and recommendation of educational policy within the University and schools, college, Library or Eye Research Institute, as these rights, privileges, and responsibilities are described under the appropriate constitutional processes of the schools, college, Library or Eye Research Institute and the University. Such participation shall be accomplished through the traditional procedures, policies, and practices of the University Senate, schools, college, Library or Eye Research Institute. Changes or modifications in such procedures shall be governed by the procedures established in such processes.
