FOURTEENTH: Data Protection In keeping with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the current law, personal data provided by both Parties shall be treated by the UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE EDUCACIÓN A DISTANCIA (UNED) and the Company , as data CONTROLLER an data owner respectively. Information is collected and treated with the only purpose of managing this Agreement and maintaining contact between both Parties. Personal data shall be treated as per the legal purpose of the Agreement.
