Educational Credits. A. Unit members will receive additional pay for college credit as listed below. The college degree must be earned from an accredited four-year college/university.

Employees shall advance (when educational credits/clock hours earned make them eligible) to the next higher vertical column(s), provided that the credits and/or acceptable clock hour equivalents meet the requirements set in 3b above. Ten (10) clock hours is equal to one (1) credit for salary schedule placement or movement. All acceptable clock hours must be provided by an OSPI approved clock hour provider.

Educational Credits. A. An employee holding a degree from an accredited four-year college will receive an additional six hundred seventy-one dollars ($671).
Educational Credits. In order to encourage the Business Administrator to maintain and/or improve her skills, the District will reimburse the cost of tuition for undergraduate coursework and/or graduate credits germane to her assignment. The District will cover the cost of CPE credit necessary for the Business Administrator to maintain her CPA license. The Business Administrator must successfully complete such coursework. The following conditions apply to this program:

For all promotional exams administered and eligibility lists established there from after the issuance of the 2000 Award, employees who otherwise achieve eligibility for promotion to a higher rank and have successfully complet- ed a course of study at an accredited college or university will have .50 points added to their final score if the highest degree received is an Associate’s Degree, 1.0 points added to their final score if the highest degree received is a Bachelor’s Degree and
Educational Credits. 41.1 Subject to prior written approval of the Superintendent or his/her designee, teachers shall be reimbursed for up to twelve (12) credit hours of coursework per year (no more than six [6] credit hours per semester during the school year) subject to the following conditions:
