EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. All full time employees are encouraged to obtain a high school diploma or GED. Employees shall be reimbursed the cost of receiving a GED upon successfully completing the course and receiving the diploma. Reimbursement shall be paid within 30 days after an official written notification has been received by the Director of Employee Relations. All full time employees shall be reimbursed for all courses, tuitions and materials where a passing grade has been obtained at any college, university, training academy or vocational school as deemed necessary by the School Board with prior approval by the School Board. Reimbursement shall be paid within 30 days after an official written notification has been received by the Director of Labor and Employee Relations.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. The Company shall continue, in no less than its present form, its Education Assistance Program for its full-time employees.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. A. The parties to this Agreement recognize the value of higher educational training and the benefits which accrue to both the individual and the Xxxxxxxx City Fire Division from such academic development.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Section 16.6 The Company agrees to provide educational assistance benefits to all full-time employees scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week as provided in the Company’s Educational Assistance Program. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the benefits provided under the Educational Assistance Program, including but not limited to setting eligibility periods, reimbursement levels, and the approval process, provided that any changed, modified or substituted plan will be the same as offered to the employees’ managers.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Verigy Transferred Employees and other Verigy Employees shall cease active participation in the Agilent Educational Assistance Program as of the applicable Agilent Participation Discontinuation Date. Verigy shall not assume any Liabilities for benefits provided under the terms of the Agilent Educational Assistance Program.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Effective as of the Transition Termination Date or such earlier date as Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb and Zimmer may mutually agree, Zimmer shall provide a Zimmer educational assistance program to Active Zimmer Employees which is substantially similar in all material respects to the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb Company Educational Assistance Tuition Aid Program. Zimmer shall cease to be a Participating Company in the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb Company Educational Assistance Tuition Aid Program coincident with Xxxxxx'x establishment of the Zimmer educational assistance program. At such time, any and all outstanding approved reimbursements under the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb Company Educational Assistance Tuition Aid Program for Active Zimmer Employees shall be made by Zimmer.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. In keeping with its objective to provide staff with opportunities for professional development UTS will financially assist staff to further their formal education. The following provisions define the extent to which UTS will financially assist staff to further their formal education.
