If an employee's application for approval is denied, the employee shall be given the reason(s) in writing. Educational Allowances. A. The Town agrees to establish an annual educational fund which will be available to all members of the Department for the purpose of improving their professional standing and in recognition of their having accomplished certain professional objectives.
