Educational Access Channels. Beginning no later than forty nine months from the effective date of this franchise, Grantee shall provide not less than six (6) 6 MHz channels for Educational Access programming to all Subscribers which will be Interconnected with all other City franchises and at least one of which shall be Interconnected with all adjacent systems in King, Snohomish and Xxxxxx Counties at the City's direction. Of these Educational Access Channels, one (1) Channel may be a Closed Channel at the City’s request, and one (1) Channel may be used for KCTS programming, although that channel will not constitute a trigger channel under Section 6.7(B). Additional Educational Access Channels shall be provided as set forth in Section 6.7.

Educational Access Channels. During 16 consecutive weeks, the Educational Access Channels are in use for Programming 70% of the time, five days per week, Monday through Friday, during the hours 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Re-runs shown solely for the purpose of meeting the trigger requirements shall not count.
Educational Access Channels. The Grantee shall make available one Government and Public Access channel, and three Educational access channels. An additional channel shall be reserved for Governmental and/or Educational use, and can be offered on the Grantee’s Digital Cable tier. The reserved channel shall be activated upon such time as one of the four analog access channels is “substantially full”. For purposes of this section, the term “substantially full” shall mean more than 150 hours per month of non-duplicative, non-character generated, commercial-free, locally produced programming. The City shall retain the right to determine the entities entitled to use of the Educational Access channels. Each of these entities shall abide by the terms contained in Appendix A of this franchise agreement. Grantee shall continue to provide and to maintain a dedicated line to any entity that currently has such a line, provided that the entity continues to produce programming for an unshared access channel. In order to effectively monitor the appropriate and effective use of the Educational Access channels, and to determine whether an entity deserves to continue its privileges with respect to such channel, an Educational Access Channel Policy (Appendix A) shall be promulgated by the Franchising Authority, which policy may not be amended during the term of this Agreement without the consent of both the Franchising Authority and the Grantee. The number of analog PEG channels shall be reduced to four no later than July 1, 2002.
Educational Access Channels. Schedule schools programming in consultation with an individual from each school corporation, to make suggestions regarding available programming content both locally and from outside sources, and to assist the schools in optimal utilization of their channel capacity.
Educational Access Channels. Throughout the Franchise term, beginning no later than the date provided herein for the rebuild of the Cable System to be completed, Grantee shall provide not less than six (6) video channels for Educational Access Programming to all Subscribers, as described in Grantee's Proposal, which will be Interconnected with all other City franchises and at least one of which shall be Interconnected with contiguous franchises in King, Snohomish and Xxxxxx Counties at the City's discretion and cost, if technically feasible, in accordance with the procedures in Section 6.8. Of the initial Educational Access Channels provided, one (1) Channel may be a Closed Channel and one (1) Channel may be dedicated to programming provided by a local public television broadcast station. Additional Educational Access Channels shall be provided as set forth in Section 6.9.
Educational Access Channels. During 16 consecutive weeks, the Educational Access Channels are in use for substantially non-duplicated Programming 80% of a 60-hour programming week; provided, any channel dedicated to programming provided by a local public educational broadcast station pursuant to Section 6.6(B) shall not be considered in this calculation.

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization. Measures: • Multiple authorization levels are used when granting access to sensitive systems, including those storing and processing Personal Data. Authorizations are managed via defined processes according to the SAP Security Policy • All personnel access SAP’s systems with a unique identifier (user ID). • SAP has procedures in place so that requested authorization changes are implemented only in accordance with the SAP Security Policy (for example, no rights are granted without authorization). In case personnel leaves the company, their access rights are revoked. • SAP has established a password policy that prohibits the sharing of passwords, governs responses to password disclosure, and requires passwords to be changed on a regular basis and default passwords to be altered. Personalized user IDs are assigned for authentication. All passwords must fulfill defined minimum requirements and are stored in encrypted form. In the case of domain passwords, the system forces a password change every six months in compliance with the requirements for complex passwords. Each computer has a password-protected screensaver. • The company network is protected from the public network by firewalls. • SAP uses up–to-date antivirus software at access points to the company network (for e-mail accounts), as well as on all file servers and all workstations. • Security patch management is implemented to provide regular and periodic deployment of relevant security updates. Full remote access to SAP’s corporate network and critical infrastructure is protected by strong authentication.

  • Customer Access The Customer is responsible for the access to the Cloud Services and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its access methods such as usernames and passwords and agrees to notify the Supplier via the Cloud Services support channel if a password is compromised. The Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under its Account.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Max-Tel access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces.
