Common use of Education Leave Clause in Contracts

Education Leave. (a) Leave of absence, without pay, for the purposes of further education directly related to the nurse's employment with the Hospital may be granted on written application by the nurse to the Chief Nursing Officer, Supervisor or designate. Requests for such leave will not be unreasonably denied.
