Common use of Education Leave Clause in Contracts

Education Leave. Leave of absence, without pay, for the purposes of further education directly related to the employee’s employment with the Employer may be granted on written application by the employee to the Director of Care or her/his designate. Requests for such leave will not be unreasonably denied.
