Education Leave – Leave with Allowances. (a) A teacher with four or more continuous years of teaching experience with the Government of the Northwest Territories may be granted leave with allowances for professional development purposes. The leave will allow the member to participate in full time studies at or through a recognized institution for a period of one academic year.
