Common use of Education Expenses Clause in Contracts

Education Expenses. 12 a. Allocations of bargaining unit travel and training will 13 be determined annually through the budgetary process. Allocation for Nurse 14 Practitioner and Physician Assistant will be equivalent to Physicians. The maximum 15 annual allotment will be proportional to budgeted FTE.
