Easements. Lessor reserves to itself the right, from time to time, to grant such easements, rights and dedications that Lessor deems necessary or desirable, and to cause the recordation of Parcel Maps and restrictions, so long as such easements, rights, dedications, Maps and restrictions do not unreasonably interfere with the use of the Premises by Lessee. Lessee shall sign any of the aforementioned documents upon request of Lessor and failure to do so shall constitute a material breach of this Lease.

The obstruction of Tenant's view, air, or light by any structure erected in the vicinity of the Project, whether by Landlord or third parties, shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability upon Landlord.

Easements. Landlord may grant easements on the Project and dedicate for public use portions of the Project without Tenant's consent; provided that no such grant or dedication shall materially interfere with Tenant's Permitted Use of the Premises. Upon Landlord's request, Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord documents, instruments, maps and plats necessary to effectuate Tenant's covenants hereunder.
Easements. The Landlord shall have the right to grant any easement on, over, under and above the Area for such purposes as Landlord determines, provided that such easements do not materially interfere with Tenant's occupancy and use of the Leased Premises.
Easements. Where the Grantee acquires property in fee title or funds improvements to real property already owned in fee by the Grantee using State funds provided through this Grant Agreement, an appropriate easement or other title restriction providing for floodplain preservation and agricultural and/or wildlife habitat conservation for the subject property in perpetuity, approved by the State, shall be conveyed to a regulatory or trustee agency or conservation group acceptable to the State. The easement or other title restriction must be in first position ahead of any recorded mortgage or lien on the property unless this requirement is waived by the State. Where the Grantee acquires an easement under this Agreement, the Grantee agrees to monitor and enforce the terms of the easement, unless the easement is subsequently transferred to another land management or conservation organization or entity with State permission, at which time monitoring and enforcement responsibilities will transfer to the new easement owner. Failure to provide an easement acceptable to the State can result in termination of this Agreement.
