Earning Sick Leave. All employees will earn and accrue sick leave at the rate of four and six-tenths (4.6) hours for each eighty (80) hour bi-weekly pay period. Sick leave credit for less than eighty (80) hours of service in a bi-weekly pay period will be calculated on a prorated basis. The calculation of all sick leave credits will be based on hours in active pay status. Unused sick leave shall be cumulative without limit.
